These are the three possible topics for my final project:
- The change over time of the cotton trade between the southern states of the United States and Europe (especially Great Britain) before and during the American Civil War.
- The dynamic between the white planters, the free Mulattoes, and the slaves before, during, and after the Haitian Revolution.
- Henry Hudson’s voyages to find the Northwest Passage to China and his discovery of the Hudson River and Hudson Bay.
